Our Mission

At ADHD Solutions, our mission is to empower individuals of all ages living with ADHD to thrive through compassionate, evidence-based counseling, parent coaching, and personalized support. We’re dedicated to fostering growth, self-understanding, and resilience in children, teens, and adults through collaborative care that celebrates each person’s unique strengths and challenges. Our goal is to create a supportive space where clients and families feel seen, heard, and equipped with the tools to succeed in daily life, relationships, and beyond.

Brad Willis

Ph.D., LPC-S (AL#2454)

Owner and Clinical Director

Dr. Brad Willis is a licensed professional counselor and board-approved counseling supervisor in the state of Alabama. He earned his Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of Alabama in 2007 and has spent his career helping individuals and families better understand and manage ADHD. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Willis is actively involved in the counseling community as a member of the American Counseling Association and the Alabama Counseling Association. He is a two-time past president of the Alabama Association for Counselor Education and Supervision and currently serves as parliamentarian for the Alabama Counseling Association.

Dr. Willis is passionate about the process of psychological diagnosis and testing, with particular expertise in ADHD and executive functioning. He approaches each client with patience, empathy, and a deep respect for their unique strengths and challenges. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and cheering on his beloved Memphis Grizzlies.

Crystal Odom, M.Ed., ALC, NCC

Counselor

Practicing under the supervision of Brad Willis (LPC AL#2454)

Crystal is an Associate Licensed Counselor working under the supervision of Dr. Willis. She earned her master’s degree in counseling from the University of West Alabama and currently serves as an elementary school counselor in addition to her work as a therapist in the clinic. Crystal is an active member of the American Counseling Association, the Alabama Counseling Association, and the Alabama School Counselor Association. She is also pursuing her Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Counseling at the University of West Alabama.

As a professional counselor, Crystal is deeply passionate about helping individuals enhance their quality of life by fostering self-awareness, personal growth, and balance. She finds great fulfillment in guiding people to develop practical strategies that encourage organization, groundedness, and productivity in their daily lives. By creating a supportive and collaborative environment, Crystal empowers clients to better understand themselves, build resilience, and move confidently toward their personal and professional goals.

Away from work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys as well as running her independent bookstore and coffee shop.

Anna Hamilton

Student Intern, Director of Acquisitions

Anna graduated with her bachelor’s in psychology from Auburn University and is currently working towards her master’s in clinical mental health counseling from The University of West Alabama. She will obtain her ALC after she graduates her master’s program in December 2025. Anna has certifications in Executive Functioning training, ADHD coaching, and Play Therapy training. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, especially with

Anna’s main focus at our client is working with our child and adolescent clients who are seeking counseling or an ADHD evaluation. She helps young people better understand their unique strengths and develop strategies to help them reach their potential.

During her free time, she enjoys watching Auburn sports and spending time at the lake. She enjoys reading on her kindle and trying new baking recipes she finds from Tik-Tok.

Lauren Jones

Student Intern, Clinic Manager

Lauren is currently completing clinical training to work toward becoming an Associate Licensed Counselor. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and she is currently completing her master’s in clinical mental health counseling at the University of West Alabama. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching football, and reading.

Lauren is deeply passionate about providing care for those who might otherwise not be able to access it. She feels strongly about making mental health resources more approachable and reducing the stigma surrounding therapy. She is driven by a desire to serve her community and to be a source of hope and encouragement for those navigating difficult seasons of life.

Lauren works closely with our licensed clinicians to provide diagnostic evaluations and counseling support, and loves being part of the process where people start to understand themselves more clearly and gain tools that make life easier and more fulfilling.

Mason Freeman

Student Intern

Mason Freeman is a counseling intern pursuing his master’s in clinical mental health counseling at the University of West Alabama. He has been working with children and families for over 12 years through leadership roles in community, educational, and ministry settings. Mason is passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental challenges, helping clients better understand their cognitive and emotional processes while developing effective coping and organizational strategies. His approach emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique strengths and needs.

Outside of his clinical work, Mason is married and has two children, and his family is currently in the process of adoption. He brings this personal perspective on family life into his work with clients, understanding the importance of balance, connection, and resilience. With a strong background in program development and family engagement, Mason is committed to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can gain insight, improve self-regulation, and enhance overall functioning in school, work, and relationships.

Kameron Doughty

Student Intern

Kameron Doughty is a counseling intern at ADHD Solutions, where he is currently completing his clinical training in pursuit of becoming an Associate Licensed Counselor. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is presently working toward a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of West Alabama.

At ADHD Solutions, Kameron collaborates closely with the clinical team to provide diagnostic evaluations and counseling support. He is passionate about helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop practical tools to enhance their daily lives. Outside of his professional work, Kameron enjoys cooking, watching horror films, and spending evenings playing tabletop games with friends.

Kameron is honored to be part of the ADHD Solutions team and is dedicated to supporting clients on their journey toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
